At Pawify, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. pet food, treats)
- Items that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please email us at info@pawify.net within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
